African Bank is hell

I had 2 accounts with african bank which unfortunately went wrong. they offered me a settlement discount on the card which i paid on the 8th. till today the account is still open with balance. the consultants call and send sms to me everyday about a discount settlement amount on the same account.

o the 2nd account . i tell them i want to settle but they say the settlement discount is capped therefore i cannot get a higher percentage than the one they offering me. a consultant by the name of siphiwe said he will come back to me till today.

i will gladly pay the settlement i was offered in July and part ways with them after 2 warning forms at work. i have really suffered with african bank.

remember all these delays also affect my credit scores as they will not update once settled but update when it suits you.
