African Bank is doing nothing to fix their mistake

I had a loan from African Bank. I was retrenched and filed for insurance. The bank neglected to file my paperwork accordingly. The bank then proceeded to blacklist me. After a lengthy dispute process, it turned out that the error was completely theirs and they owed me money too! But the damage was done. After another lengthy dispute they agreed to rescind their negative history on from the credit bureaus - lies! they re-instated their incorrect information and are giving me the run around now that I would like that information corrected. My credit score was lowered so bad I have had to cancel my home loan and vehicle finance for fear of being denied. I am now the one that has to 'rebuild' my score while the people at fault keep telling me take down reference numbers, hold while they transfer me or worse simply hang up. My life is ruined and I have done nothing to ruin it!!!! Please can the bank just put error correcting processes in place because making the consumer work to fix the mistake, they might as well simply hire me to work there.<br>
