African bank is commitin froad and steeling my money and my hand are tied

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>for many year i have been paying something at African bank that i dont know about .From the first day they phoned me i told them i dont know what they are talking about and proof of the "Loan "must be sent to me .It has been more than 5 year now that i have been trying to sort this out evrymonth African Bank staff phones me i ask for the proof and till today i didnt recieve anything .At a stage i was told i sighned paper work that said i will pay R1200 instalment and i said olease send me the proof and that also didnt happen .I the meantime i am paying just a R100 to prevent getting a jugment on my name.I am now in the process of buying a huse and this is preventing me to get finace .I Have phoned again and ask for all the proof but need i say more I AM STILL WAITING for a respose from African Bank .</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW I RESORT TO COMPLAIN AT THIS SITE TO SEE IF I GET A RESPONCE</p>
