African Bank is avoiding my ***** case

On the 18/03/2023 I was contacted by a person with cellphone number *** who introduced himself as Lesego from African Bank and he said he wanted me to rate their service and told me to to press 1 on my phone as he has already logged in ,I did as instructed and there was a massage click on my phone I immediately drop the call to check what was the massage about.I found that R32000 was transferred from my account to unknown Capitec account l don't have banking app on my African Bank account,I reported the matter to Marble Hall Branch and I was told to open a ***** case and i also submitted an affidavit that I never transferred my money to unknown Capitec account.Since I was told that African Bank investigation are going on until today no one from the Bank has ever told me about the case, I'm even suspicious that the ***** is done by their staff
