African Bank is a ****: Unresolved matter

My dad who's a pensioner was ****med by one of African banks consultant when he was taking a loan resulting in the amount owing to be above 100k and never deposited on his account. Only +-27k was deposited. They took this matter with African Bank, and it was rectified saying he's no longer owing, which was in early 2021. Now it's been a year African bank is busy debiting around R8000 from his account and on top of that had the decency to call him every month reminding him to pay. They need to clear this on their system, sort out the mess they created by de*****ing a senior citizen, refund him the money he's been paying since last year. Send out a settlement letter. This is very wrong and unprofessional.
