African Bank is a ****

I am very disappointed at African Bank. I want to settle my loan but it has just become very difficult. They want to keep me in bedted to them forever. I have about 80k that i can pay by tomorrow but noooo they would rather I make minimum monthly arrangements of R300 so that I pay them for the next 10years. Not forgetting how the interest is making my debt bigger. Is their interest even legal? I am shocked at the level of service when you call them, you cannot even speak to anyone senior as they say they cannot override their system??? How is that even possible. Surely someone can make that call. The rudeness of their consultants is shocking.
