African bank is a real cash loan shark...
I Have paid up my outstanding balance on the 10th July 2019 of about 32K, the app showed R0.00 after that email a proof of payment and requested settlement of the account ...0006 which the customer service lady promised to sent. On the 16th the outstanding balance appeared as 1,032.66 and no settlement letter sent as promised, num,erous calls did not help and even now on the 23rd July no one sent me a settlement letter to settle this account. African bank is *****ing meeee.
