African bank is a no no for investments

African bank has poor servive delivery they change there procedure with out contacting ther clints...i have a 60 month investment with them and need to drew cash out for emergancy purposes which was told i could do and it would take 24hours to 48 hours bt i have phoned in on the 18/08/2020 with no regards to me as a clint and was told that the procedures and policys have changed 3 weeks back how do african bank review ther clints becz they dont inform us of changes i am tied of african bank and would not like to bank with them anymore as they do not inform us of changed.. they act as if the money that was invested with them belongs to them and not to u as u have to give them a valid reason to why you need your own money
