African bank is a joke

I tried using my african bank credit card and was told that it had been warmed...not sure why that happens but anyway I went to the bank, a very nice Mrs Khanyile assisted me. I was told my query would be resolved by the 26th of January...which is today (even got an sms informing me so)... Phoned the call centre today and I was told on the system it shows that my query was CANCELLED, which I don't recall asking them to do so !! Tried calling the branch 5 times today.. NO answer!!! Tried calling Mrs Khanyile 3 times today... NO answer... This is utter nonsense, I need answers!!! African bank is seriously ***********.
