i had loan with UBANK and loan was later prescribed ,when UBANK changed to African bank loan came back to my credit score i called African bank their consultants are so rude only thing they do they want me to listen to new products list which I'm not interested on i only want to know how prescribed loan came back and its different amount .I'm so disappointed.
