AFRICAN BANK IS A DISGRACE!!!

After months of dealing with African Bank, after being ****med. With no response from the bank and after lodging a complaint in January this year. The complaints department finally decides to give me a call today 6 months later...If that is not the worst the bank refuses to pay the money into the account it was taken from (savings account) To anyone going through the same experience where money was taken from your account be advised that AFRICAN BANK WILL NOT PAY YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!! This was told to me by Kagiso Mpako the investigating officer that said "They do not pay the money back but rather add it to your loan". I even had the Ombudsman involved and guess what, they claim to be for the consumer, but that is an utter lie. They sided with the bank, even if the banks code of practice utterly *******.If you are planning to use African Bank think very carefully!!!!!
