African bank is a ****

Hello I'm very disappointed with African bank , they **** our parents with this stockvel account, were you put money for the whole year and get a 3.5 % profit, 13 Dec 2024 we went to Springs African bank to enquire about my mom's stockvel money being short , we were told that some of the money was reversed during the year that's why but what's surprising is that the interest did not make sense , they were 7 in the stockvel group , the total amount each person deposited amounted to R8750 , they told two members that their money was reversed which was a total of R1500 but surprisingly , the person the stockvel group trusted recieved R10000 but only R7500 was distributed amoung the group . And they even hired a lady that works there who is light skinned and has a Bob cut to lie to us and say our money is short because of R1500 reversed ..so my question why did the member receive R10000 yet the money was reversed...learn to pay your employees African bank they accept bribes from people to lie to us. My mom ddnt even receive her interest..the whole year she deposited an amount of R3000 , she only received R 2300 make it make sense.
