African Bank is a ****

I personally don't think African Bank still offer loans...no matter how clean ur record is , no matter how much u cn afford to pay back, no matter how up to date ur accounts are they will never give you a loan...all they do is advertise their funeral policies and for people to switch their salaries to them ....who would do that . After the application they drag you for days without telling you what is missing...if you do not call them they will never call u to ask for any outstanding information they just put the application on REVIEW status and pretend they can not see the salary on the bank statement, u call them and resend the same bank statement with salaries showing , later they declined saying I do not meet all the credit policy requirements without going into detail as to what was the real reason for a decline..Even the consultant can not see the reason in detail.It took them forever to make that decision yet they claim their loans turnaround time is 48 hours.This is not my first tym applying through them ..they always do this...u call them twice a day for 5 days to check the progress of the application .What systems are they using to do their checks to take so long when other institutions can decline u on the spot before evn waisting you time. They are a ****, they do not offer loans that is why their branches are always empty. I will never attempt to take a loan through African Bank ever again .
