AFRICAN BANK IS A *****
I have a funeral policy with African Bank , i added my aunt on my policy (Xoliswa Mildred Kedama) and she passed away on the 30th March ,i tried to claim the funeral policy but was told she didn't complete the 6 months trial but i added her on my policy on the 14th October 2022 but according to me ,when she passed away i had already paid the 6th monthly premium . i feel im being taken for a ride here. my policy no is ABWEB***.
