African bank is a ****

African bank claims to have settled a temporary loan I had with FNB , while they knew that this is not possible because a temporary loan can only be paid from one account which is that of a person who took that temporary loan. Now I have R2325 which is missing from my consolidation loan because I was debited by FNB . IM VERY ANGRY

I'm at work and that time could not answer the call. However when I called them back, I was still not assisted. I'm tired of talking, I want my refund, end of story

This consolidation loan was done on the 21st of May by Rorisang Masalesa and the temporary loan she paid was R2325.00 ref no: TLN***T001. FNB says she knew very well not to settle on a temporary loan, hence FNB deducted money from my account. Now can she tell me where is this money?????

African bank has not resolved this issue which says to me this is how they operate. They lure customers to take consolidation loans and ***** their money. I have explained numerous times what Rorisang Masalesa has done, I went to the branch, we contacted her and only for her to give me attitude and say that she's on leave. African bank is a ****

I have received an email from FNB with a proof of payment that this temporary loan was refunded back to African bank on the 3rd of June. Now my question is why did African bank not transfer this money into my account? Why was African bank sitting quietly with a refund that is due to me???? Why I had to be the one to question this money ?
