African Bank is a ****

I'm not happy with a African Bank... To cut a long story short I had a loan with them and my account was handed over to Recoveries for a settlement amount of R1000 which I paid in full however they still saying I owe extra R4000 that they not able to explain where it's coming from.. Now this is messing with my mental health and my work... I honestly do not know who to turn too as they also messing up my credit profile... I have confirmation letter from them when I settled the loan and yet they demanding more money to be paid... Please help me.
