African bank investment payout hustle

They're the worst bank to invest with their so called investment department,I have been saving R3000 for the last two years for my traditionalwedding, I served my 32days notice and after it finished I still didn't get my money paid, worst experience as i really need my money. Their call center agents don't have a clue why my money is not paid out and have made me go in circles I went to the branch four times and I was made to call same call center with no answers.Everytime I call the investment department they tell me different stories and they don't know when I'll get my money.

I have never been stressed like this by a bank that I put money into and couldn't get it bavk
