African bank insurance department

I've been laid off since March 2020 sent all documents to their head office and their insurance department but they failed to pay as promised on their contract that should I be laid off they will pay cause their insurance has been deducting on a monthly basis.... It's so disgusting instate I receive calls every single day telling me I should pay, while African bank insurance is ripping us off and never want to step in when they supposed to. Service is so disgusting.
