African Bank Insurance

It has been 3 months of promises from African Bank's insurance department. Not one person from the insurance company has had the decency to converse with me. All the emails say that they are busy looking at the claim. How long does one take to do this. I will be stopping all payments from here on out against that account until my claim is looked at. I have never received such appalling service anywhere else. It is the last time they will ever see me as a customer and would advise people to look carefully at reviews before deciding to support them in the future.
