African bank infringed my rights

African Bank infringed my rights and I am so aggrieved . I've missed a payment on my account of which the outstanding balance is R3000. They did not send a letter or anything. Instead they sent an agent by the name of Amelia to my work place to try and collect the debt. She had all my information, she did not even produce any identification. Why come to my workplace though?
