African bank Incorrectly credit and debit account.. Disappointed

Can African bank please sort out the issue on my account. I mean how can u credit interest when my account is not paid up and then in one month take R14000 in one month after. This is not fair to me and it's African banks fault. Sort this out and put the money back. U can add it to my monthly installment as this your fault not mine!!! I'm very disappointed with this..
