African Bank incorrect information registered with ITC

African Bank has listed me for a default with the credit bureau when my account is up-to-date. This is affecting me negatively. I called them so many times, sent emails and proof of everything but no response. What a bank! shocking. To top it all up, I was chatting to the agent named Pat on their whatsapp line, who just gave me wrong information. I told him/her that you are giving me another person's information and she/he wouldn't listen. This is the bank we're talking about. So what do I do? Guys, check your information. Clearly personal information isn't safe here. Scary.
