African Bank Inconsistencies

I have been trying to resolve an arrears issue for months. I have never missed a payment for the loan I have with African Bank but for some reason, I am in arrears. This is now affecting me negatively with my credit rating because of something they still have not resolved. When I took out the loan the agent told me that the first debit order will be the following month but to my shock, they counted that as missing a payment.
