African Bank horrific service

They will not release my salary. I have emailed over 10 times. 4 calls. Not one return of a call or email. I go to there Fourways branch and do my atm card. Told my money will be available within 48hr. I call after 48hr to be told i had to submit docs after being at there branch. I dont own a car. I do this 4 times and get promised to be called back. Still nothing. I am horrified that there entire team at African bank care so little for new clients.
