African Bank Hidden interest charges

I've had a loan which i was supposed to pay R611 but i chose to pay R1200 to finish the Loan faster than expected. However on my last payment a debit order of R1127.80 which meant that it was my last debit order from African Bank into my account with reference to that loan amount. the debit order went on my account on the 29/09/2018 and that was the remaining amount on my loan but to my disappointment i went into the branch just checking the status on my accounts and only then it was explained to me that i still have an outstanding amount on my loan which was referred to as interest accrued on my finished loan. It did not make a difference that i was paying twice my loan amount and the amount i was told as my last debit order at the branch when i inquired before. African bank is failing customers in a sense that : why my i be charged interest on a finished loan? Is this how African bank makes money from their clients? What relationship is African bank is creating with clients? South Africans must be careful of the information provided by African bank when their loan starts because it is never explained anywhere in the loan contract that you will be charged interest after your loan is fully paid. When we approach African bank its not because we just need the help but also the relationship and African Bank fails dismally on maintaining that relationship. No sense of professionalism because the clients needs at least a courtesy call approaching the end of their contract with information relating to what will the last payment of the loan term be with interest calculated. the only call you get from African bank is when you missed a payment and funny African bank will never even call the client to say how better can we give you the service you think its best for your individual needs! as for African Bank call center consultants, English is not equivalent to money Ladies!!!! it does not matter how good your English can be but if you're not able to articulate and explain in detail why interest charged after loan amount is fully paid then i guess you need more in-house training with regards to African Bank Systems. I've had a long relationship with African bank and this is my first BAD Experience at African Bank and i wonder how many clients are going go through the same Bad service. I am totally not happy and disappointed in African Bank and this has spoiled our Relationship business wise.
