African bank head office bad service

African bank head office has a bad service they closed my account without telling me and after I went to nearby branch to enquire that's when I was told to submit KYC which is proof of residence,i did send all the paperwork and they confirmed it and told me to wait for 72 hrs which turned out to be 2 months. They don't communicate.
