African Bank Hatfield branch

I visited African Bank Hatfield branch on the 16th of January 2024 at 08:30 only to find a sign stating that there is a meeting in place and that they are going only open at 10:00.

I visited the same branch today, 17th of January 2024 at 08:30 and upon arrival found that they have not yet opened as suggested on Google. I waited until 08:35 with hopes that they were going to open and there was still nothing. I then called the branch to let them know that I was outside and needed assistance, a man by the name of Archie Musie answered the call, came to the very same sign from yesterday, posted on the door of the branch and told me they were busy with a meeting.

How can a whole branch close it's doors during business hours and tell clients that they are busy?

Archie Musie was very disrespectful as he slammed the entrance door in my face as he told me that they are busy.
