African bank harassing Debt review clients

I am disgusted by african bank attitude towards my client she app**** for debt review yet she still harassed by Khululwa a certain debt collector from their office, I want an apology to my client and stop harassment and torture to stop...I tried to explain to a certain erusmus guy who works at their debt review department seemshe has no clue what debt review is..sort your mess
