African bank harassing calls

I am not an African Bank client, but I receive at least 10 calls from them a day. When I answer there is no one on the phone. I have blocked all the numbers, but they still keep on calling. On a couple of occasions I have spoken to a person, explained the that they should lose my number as they are confusing me with an account holder. I want them to stop harassing me!
