AFRICAN BANK HARASSES THEIR CLIENTS

I registered myself for debt review when I was retrenched, afraid I might not be able to pay my bills. My payments towards my debt review, for more than 2 years now, has been up to date, my bank statements will prove that. Yet African Bank Consultants see it fit to phone me no less than 4 times a week (I sometimes receive 2 calls a day), before 8 AM, including Saturdays, to ask when I'll be making payments and telling me my payments are behind. This past Saturday (28 April 2018), I was called just after 9, by a particularly rude consultant, informing me yet again that they have not received payment, yet I pay on the 25th of each month. I told her that it's complete nonsense, and she responded by raising her voice and telling me to refrain from the language that I'm using (I was not aware that nonsense was a swear word). This morning (Monday 30 April at 7:12AM) I received a call again from another not too friendly consultant saying that my account is not paid, and can I please offer an explanation as to why. As I know for a fact my payments to my debt counsellors are up to date, I will be lodging a creditor harassment case, and I will also be sure to tell everyone who will listen, about the abysmal treatment African Bank offers their clients and their harassing phone calls. The amount outstanding is very small, so I will settle it ASAP African Bank, and I will never EVER again have dealings with this organisation. Funny how African Bank are the only creditors calling me. If my account had been behind, wouldn't I have gotten more calls from my other creditors?

Reviewer Update
So someone from your "Customer Support Specialist Team" called me, asked me what my complaint was and told me he'd get back to me I should please wait again for his call. He never phoned back. Then this morning 02/05/2018, I was called yet AGAIN by an African Bank Consultant, informing me that my account is overdue. No matter how many times I ask them to phone my debt review company, they still phone ME and HARASS ME. And as to the question your consultant asked me, NO I CAN'T AFFORD TO JUST SETTLE MY WHOLE ACCOUNT NOW!!! Do you think that if I could afford it I would be under debt review?! Stop Calling me, Stop Calling me, Stop calling me, Stop Calling me, Stop Calling me!!!!!
