African Bank gets judgement after prescription dates

My loan prescribed in August 2017, before then no contact was made by African Bank except for 1 phone call in 2014 where I did not make an arrangement simply told the agent that I cant make an arrangement as I was unemployed. Since August 2017 they have harassed me and deducted without me making an arrangement, claiming the phone call stopped prescription. the law clearly states that I needed to make arrangements for that call to stop prescription. They even went out and got a judgement after prescription date and got attorneys to phone me and threaten me with all sort of stuff if I dont pay. each month the call center still phones me and after the call that I definitely dont give them permission the debit order still try to deduct. I am fed up with African bank their call center agents threaten you with stuff that they dont even know what it is . I know for a fact that they written off debt that is not even yet prescribed but they keep on harassing me on this loan. I will not pay this debt, they had 3 years to collect on this and they did not. how does a judgement go through the court if it clearly prescribed.?????????
