African Bank - ********** COMPANY

This company deserves no stars!! I cannot even begin to pit my frustration into words...I have never felt so helpless in my life!!! African Bank are *****, *****S AND **********!!! They can ***** from their clients with absolutely no consequences whatsoever. Whenever you talk to them they make promises to help you and then just give you 1 timeline after the next, 24 to 48 hours, 5 to 7 working days, 7 to 14 working days, and this just goes on and on and on! Well its been 2 MONTHS!! They have also debited my account TWICE to the amount of R530, which means they have now ****** over a R1000 from me. Yet, to date I stil have not received a cent from them!!! WHAT MUST I DO!!!!! The consultant that was helping me ( Masego), her manager (Nthlanthla Buthelezi), the forensic department meant to call me (Hendrik Sanders)
