<p>It has been years that I am struggling with an african bank account that i did not open. I have sent through numerous affidavits, ID copies and proof of address documents but still no assistance. These accounts are affecting my credit rating. Please can somebody help me.</p>

Good day African Can I please be assisted its another year and I'm still left in the dark with rhe same issue. With all my documents sent to you an investigator from your side only confirmed telephonically that I'm not the account holder. To date my ITC profile still reflects your account. I'm really hurt about the service you guys have. I don't think I will ever open an acvount with you or recommend it to anyone.
