African Bank *****

On Sunday of 3rd July i saw ab unauthorized transactions around 21h30 i called an African Bank call center nd the card was canceled... The next day i went to protea glen mall branch to report, the bank teller assured that a card has been canceled but today on the 7th July another transaction was made, people who are working at dis bank seems like they don't know how to assist nd who must pay this money? Plz help me
