Hi I did credit card online then on Wednesday I went to commissioner street in JHB CBD for more assist about my app so that I I'll fish my application but when I get there the lady said to me I should come back again so that we can redo my application for credit card I did so after few minutes she said there system got problem they can't print card so I should go she will call me. She never call me I saw email that said my loan will be in my bank in 2 days and the installment it's R660 she use my documents at my absence without my permission I'll like the African bank can cancel all the agreement I have with them and remove my data on there system I'm going to open a case because she did ***** I'll never recommend anyone to go to African bank if they need assistance because they don't follow POPI ACT AND BAD SERVICE
