I Wish I could say good Morning to you but it’s not ,I will like to report a ***** that Happened on 05/02/2020 between African bank and FNB

I apply for a loan and was successful from African bank, on the 05/02/20 15:30 I received R000000 to my FNB account same day I transferred R70,000 to my Savings account that was at 16:00. Balance on my Cheque account Balance was around +/-R64,200.

On 05/02/2020 got an call from a guy claiming to be from African bank telling me to confirm my details by either yes or no and asking my card number also my cell number, he claimed that this is to confirm and to make sure that FNB can be able to debit. He also requested a opt Pin. He had my names According to my I.D card ,my ID numbers how much I get paid and when ,how much African bank paid me and how much my instalment will be everything he said was correct. He called me at 18:37 on 05/02/2020 from *** that call took 12min 24sec.

I've made the following Dispute forms to FNB which I thought they are at fault, Only onlast week Friday they told me what could have happened.That is why im sending you this email.

1.Old mutual money account 2.Transfer Wise 3.Skrill.com 4.World remit LTD above names are the ones that took my money

All together money that was Taken out of my account was 63844.59 I went to one of the branches in Katlehong where one of the consultant told me I am not the 1st person to complain about this. My Big Question is what is AFRICAN BANK doing about this?

I don't want to point fingers at the moment but I believe this is an inside job, how did they know that I took a loan?(CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK) how am I supposed to pay for something that I didn't use?

I THINK THE IS A SINDICATE RUNNING INSIDE AFRICAN BANK HOW DID THAT PERSON KNOW HOW MUCH WAS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT AND HOW MUCH WILL BE MY INSTALMENT MY DETAILS MY ID ,MY PAY???? I BELIEVE U SHOULD START BY INVESTIGATING THE CONSULTANT I TOOK LOAN WITH.
