African bank *****

7 years ago i made a loan with African bank on a credit card for R10000. this was all paid up 5 years ago and yet to date they still deducting money from my account stating i am in arrears. when i contacted them their answer was that i am R17000 in credit, by which i rep**** then ehy am i in arrears if African bank states that i am in credit. their answer was that as long as the account is open they will deduct until i go personally into the bank and close the account. to my knowledge i have contributed more than 200% in payments to them and i stopped the payment and i have been handed over on my credit card, WHY?
