AFRICAN BANK *****

Afternoon on the 10/10/2018 I went to African Bank to get assistance with a personal loan since I was involved in car accident the month before I therefore needed to Repair my car. After signing the loan agreement at the branch the money was paid out into my bank account and I already had a balance of 21100 before African bank paid 22000.

few days after if not mistaken it was three days after I received a call from African Bank consultant (claiming to be )he confirmed all my details Id number the loan amount the amount that African Bank was supposed to debit all was true he mentioned that he only calling to confirm if I would like to receive statements via email he then dropped the call.

WITHIN THE BANK THE ARE EMPLOYEES WITH NO INTERGRITY TOWARDS THE FAINANCIAL INDUSTRY I WENT TO AFRICAN BANK FOR HELP AND THE MONEY HAD A PURPOSE TO FULFIL BUT SOMEONE GREEDY SOLD OUT MY DETAILS SO AFRICAN BANK DOES NOT COMPLY ACCORDING TO FAIS ADMINISTERED ACTS WHERE IS POPI ACTS(PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION).

AFRICAN BANK EMPLOYES PEOPLE WITH NO STANDARDS OF INTERGRITY AND HONESTY I AM UNHAPPY WITH THEM AND WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE TO GRACE CHIWAYA TO MY SUPRISE SHE SAID THERES A LOTS OF CLIENTS AND I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE .

what is African Bank doing about this 36476 was taken from my account I think FSB Must be made aware maybe an article that will make people aware of this this is an organised crime internaly at african bank on of Fais acts Poca (prevention of organised crime act) is the bank not aware of this and teach employees to be diligent with customer details .

AFRICAN BANK IS CONTRAVENING WITH THE WITH THE FAIS ACT THE MONEY I NEED ASAP BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT OR I WILL HAVE TO REFER THIS TO THE REGISTRAR OF FSB A PENALTY AGAINST AFRICAN BANK AS A WHOLE WILL HAVE TO BE IMPOSED BY THE BOARD EVEN THE ENFORCEMENT COMMITEE MUST BE MADE AWARE .

licence to trade as a FSP can be suspended or withdrawn as this Falls under undersirable practices .it is sole responsibility of the Fsp to employ employees with honesty and intergrity not only towards african bank only , but towards the financial industry as a consumer .

UNTIL AFRICAN BANK CONFIRM THAT THIS TYPE OF ***** HAS STOPPED WITHIN THEIR S****S , IF AFRICAN BANK DOES NOT COME TO THE PARTY AND TAKE OWNERSHIP I WILL EXERCISE MY RIGHTS TAKE IT TO MEDIA WHEREVER I CAN ,FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY NOT GOOD .
