African bank fingerprint nightmare

I’ve been a repeat customer with African bank for over 5 years. I’ve recently app**** for a loan with the bank which has been a nightmare. African bank no longer knows who I am…..I was told my fingerprints don’t match my profile, after 6 years???? Really, only now they don’t match my profile??? I was told to go to home affairs and check it out, to which I did. They advised there’s in no issue with my finger prints and gave me a document to confirm their statement. I reverted back to the bank only to be insulted by a consultant named Lerato at the Maponya Mall branch screaming from the other side of the desk while being assisted by another consultant, Lerato went to the extent of telling me i deserved no assistance from them and I should leave because there is nothing they will do for me, I left African bank feeling degraded, bare in mind this is done publicly in the branch so I’m even embarrassed by the way I was treated, thus far being the worst treatment I’ve ever received in my life. Being publicly insulted by a consultant after banking with you guys for over 6 years. I tried getting help telephonically but they kept telling me to go back to the branch where I was humiliated. My application has been approved and has 5 days remaining, I’m told to come back after 10 days by Lerato??? Right after the application expires??? They did multiple credit applications on my profile which resulted to other banks declining my application, and refused to assist me….African bank is proud of how friendly their customer service is, but I’m reality they hired the people who don’t even know what TCF is even if it hits them in the head.
