African bank feeding information to ********

I took a consolidation loan from African bank. The very same night I was called from a number which on Truecaller reflected " as African bank". The ******** had all my personal information regarding the loan etc, my phone numbers, adress etc. I was disinterested in what seemed like a marketing call but as I was grateful for the loan I was polite with the ******* when they asked me to input some number into my cell phone. The next day a sim swop was done and a large some of money was taken out of my fnb account. I reported this to African bank and they have given me absolutely no feed back. I have reported this to saps, and of course also to my bank FNB and cellphone provider MTN. All of these have been absolute disinterested in assisting me on a blatant case of *****.
