African bank
I am so disappointed 😥 I opened a Fnb account last month it was an easy account which have a savings account. I put R1700 into that savings account and when I needed it, it said my account is on temporary hold. I got hold of fnb to find out what is the problem why us there a temporary hold? The bank said its African bank. I have been a victim of ***** Years ago where my ID and all my belongs were ****** from me. I didn't know my ID was listed until I opened my Fnb account. I can access my R1700 and I have 2 children to take care of. I am a widow I need my money. I sent documents to African bank via email. Copy of ID affidavit proof of address address.

This makes me so upset my ID my belongings have been ****** know I can open accounts. I spoke to someone who gave me email *** I was told to go to the police station write and affidavit send a copy of my ID and sign 6 times. I am tired I just want this to get settled. One person says this and the other says that. I Phone number is not linked to African bank bio matrix because I never opened an account with them.
