African Bank false pretences

African Bank approved my lone bind me with an telephonic contract then treated my application like I am a ******** by sensing my application and soviments to a group forensics and after aproving me with an email and soing the whole contract with me the send an ********* and unproffesional sms that they could not assist me. This after it took me 6 days of email, phonecalls and documentation. One moment I am doing the contract next moment I am under investigation. How does this even work?
