African Bank failure to update account status with Credit bureaus for three months
I just pulled out my credit report from Transunion. I am shocked that my Account Number: ********** 7001 has a balance of R12579,00 and overdue due of R9094,00 because of African Bank failure to do update status with credit bureaus. This has affect my credit application. For the past three month you have not updated the ITC. The account is not owning, can someone ****en confirm the true status of the account with Transunion to rectify because I do not want to go the dispute route which will take 20 working days.

16 Nov 2018, 14:35That's a lie, you did contact me. Can you please confirm that balance which is reported to Transunion is incorrect? Just update the ITC accordingly as it is from the statements you have been sending me. This is unprofessional

According to credit reports I'm owing you guys R12579 which R9094 is overdue that is incorrect, statement from you (African Bank) I'm owing R1879 no arrears. You guys (African bank) you are messing up my credit score, very disappointed. You very quick to update negative information
