African Bank Fail to provide feedback and reject applications with invalid reasons
I app**** for a loan but was declined with reason that another african bank product is in arrears. I logged a complaint and was promised it will be resolved in 7 days which did not happen. Still awaiting feedback as I do not have any products in arrears

16 Nov 2023, 10:33I was informed to submit my documentation which was uploaded as well as emailed to *** and to submit a new load appliaction which I did via your website but the application are still rejected with a reason "african bank account in arrears'. I do not have any african bank accounts in arrears and I was not helped successfully.
