African bank

I went to African bank in Gezina in Steve Biko road in PTA on Friday the 06/03 to apply for a loan . As I was told I was approved for the amount of R 5000. I submitted all the requested documents . On Thurs 12/3 I was contacted by African bank agent telling me I have to come in to bank as they are saying my signature differs on application forms. So i took a quick break from work and went in . I gave my signature on a copy of my ID 5 times on the paper in front of the agent . This was send through and on Friday 13/3 I was called again to say my application was rejected due to my hand signature . I went today Sat 14/3 again to African bank to tri and sort this so I can get loan . When I arrived at African bank in Gezina @ 12h20 . I was told they closed at 12 and can't assist me . On the bank site it's shows they close at 13h00 and also on the door . I am truly shocked about this experience . Please tell me how is it possible to tel me this after 5 days that my signature differs on paper . I signed the documents in front of an African bank agent . I will not mention her name . This is really sad that I got treated like this . Badest experience I have ever had at a bank . I would like African bank to call me and explain to me why . I want answers
