African bank dysfunctional system

3 dissapointments on one go, First their app no longer works ladies at the branch and on scoial media tried and failed to fix it, Secondly my biggest issue was that I have a deposit that was returned to me by a rental company with a letter issued and African bank refuses to release it and advising they will hold it back for no less than a month even after the rental company issued an instruction for them to release my funds, I sent them an email took them 7 days to respond with one call which I missed and they never called again Lastly had Modjajdi from social trying to assist however it sounds lie even she was defeated as the issue was circling in one place and her not knowing how to get a manager to call me as requested...whatever it is but I can tell you as a black owned bank you are a disgrace .
