African Bank doesn't follow regulations

I am very dissatisfied with this bank. I asked a banker that was working on the street to check if I can qualify for a loan. He then told me that their system automatically opens up an account, which I told him Im not interested in. I didn't get a loan offer, but he opened up an account for me. He told me to just leave it, but now Im getting sms'es daily to collect my card. I work for a bank myself, and I know this is ********. There is no way a system opens up an account to see if you can get a loan? This is your way of bullying people to bank with you.
