African Bank doesn't do a credit check

I am extremely disappointed by the service I receive from African Bank today, I called African Bank at 14h20 checking if I could Qualify for a loan of a Credit Card and to my surprise I was told that I've got a Judgement on Credit Bureau and I told the consultant that I've got the latest credit report and it shows that I do not have any Judgements or Defaults and the consultant transferred me to their servicing department and the servicing department could not even tell me which accounts are appearing on my credit report instead when I told him that they are not doing a credit check as required by the credit act he transferred me back to the sales department, I then asked to speak to the team leader and I spoke to the lady by the name Khosi and she also could not explain why they are saying I've got a Judgement and why they cannot see other accounts that I am currently paying, so from this experience I came to a conclusion that African Bank is not following the process according to the credit act and this is a huge concern as it might even lead to reckless lending, please assist, thanks. my number is ********** 000 my E-mail address is **********
