African bank doesn’t care about its clients

Absolutely disappointed in African bank I app**** for a personal loan to boost my business that I have running right now, I in the past took out about 4 loans , a credit card I still currently have and am paying without fail , all the loans paid off settled early now when I took these loans I was earning a small salary and now I am self employed registered business earning 4 times what I used to earn with about 2 years of proof on banking statements of my income, unfortunately the bank I thought I could turn to first to help me out said no in an instant and didn’t even offer any kind of help or assistance, African bank doesn’t give a damn about their loyal old or new clients for me to be still be paying the credit card I keep with you guys I don’t even want it anymore because african bank can’t even help me disappointed.
