African bank doesn't care

It's either African bank is a **** itself or its employees are ********. Month end you will definitely debit the money for the loan but I have been ****med all the money. I can't stress how much I need this money but I guess I'll never get it back. Unfortunately I will have to change banks as I can't pay for the money I didn't use. M very disappointed and sad. I didn't take this loan just for fun
